Why Do Maidmans Offer Video Surveys
During 2019 Maidmans were introduced to the benefits of remote video surveys, for a number of reasons. The first was our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint. Our aim was to reduce the use of cars where possible, thereby helping to reduce the amount of CO2 emmissions.
We were determined of offer surveys to suitour customers, even at very short notice.
From an initial contact to conducting a survey can be just a few minutes; thereby saving valuable time.
With the outbreak of COVID 19 in early 2020 it took on a new relevance, that of reducing the spread of the virus and possibly saving lives. We take the safety and health of our customers and staff seriously.
During the ‘lockdown’ we were able to carryout a survey and quote for removals storage and shipping without entering the customers property.
The reception given by customers to this new technology was quite remarkeable and we are happy to continue offering the service.
